Back Take from Turtle: Here’s a back take option when your opponent is in a strong turtle position and not allowing you to insert hooks or knock them down to a hip. Safety Note: When I start my roll, I’m perpendicular to my opponent’s body. I’m using my bottom shoulder on their head to begin forcing the roll.
